Janet Barcarse, PA-C

Janet Barcarse is a board-certified Physician Assistant who was born and raised in the North suburbs of Chicago. As a high school student, she volunteered at a local hospital and shadowed healthcare providers. It was during this time that she developed an interest in medicine and ignited a passion for helping others.

She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular Biology from Loyola University and later received a Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University. She then attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science where she graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies and started her career working in Interventional Pain Management. Her professional affiliations include the AAPA.

She joined Exhale Sinus, TMJ, Headache & Sleep in the Spring of 2024 and is excited to be working alongside Dr. Vaughn and the team of excellent clinicians. She aims to provide the highest quality of care with a compassionate approach to meet her patient’s needs. Janet is a proponent of patient education and advocacy.

In her spare time, she enjoys arts and crafts, baking, spending time with family, and being a full-time plant mom.
