Shivani Patel, PA-C

Shivani Patel, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant licensed to practice medicine in Illinois. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She later went on to obtain a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Sciences.

Shivani joined Exhale Sinus, TMJ, Headache and Sleep in 2021 and works alongside Dr. Vaughn. She has 10 years of experience as a surgical practicing physician assistant. Shivani embraces the team approach to healthcare by working closely with providers to ensure high-quality and compassionate care to our patients. She believes education is an important part of each encounter so that patients can be active participants in their health care and together develop a personalized treatment plan.

Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants.

Outside of work, Shivani enjoys spending time with her husband and her two kids, running, and relaxing seaside.
